Running along the canal
Wednesday 14 August 2013 - This morning run was lovely there was a cool breeze and a warm sun so very pleasant. I ran just under 4 miles but silly run keeper stopped recording before I had run a mile only I didn't check it until I got home. It was a good run along the canal and back. I over took a canal boat which was very nice I always enjoy that as I feel as though I am not as slow as I think I am. My next run will be at the weekend.
