run run run
Sunday 13 August 2013 - I went out relatively early again this morning (well it was about 9am which is early for me at the weekend) I thought my run would be as good as Tuesday but it wasn't. I found it really hard work. I did just under 4 miles, the weather was good. It was dry, not to warm and a little breeze. There was a bit of traffic but not to much, the back lanes were very quiet and on the canal a couple of boats were moving on it. The geese had made the wise decision to sit on the bank opposite the tow path so that they did not get disturbed by all those making good use of the tow path. There week some duck making good use of the morning sun and a couple of swans taking a swim.
