River bank run
Sunday 18 August 2013 - I was in flat country this weekend so running was relatively easy, if you can say running is easy! I decided to run along the river bank and again completed just under 4 miles. There were one or two dog walkers but dogs were well trained I am pleased to say. There were a few ducks and Moorhens and a pair of Grebes I think . I was too early to see the water taxi perhaps next time.
