A good Sunday morning run
Sunday 7th July 2013 - I thought I would go out relatively early today before it got to hot and I had a really nice 3.6 mile run. I was on my own running today so I had my music on. It was an uneventful run really, not much traffic on the road and nothing moving on the canal. I passed a couple of fishermen and a couple of dog walkers but that was all. My time was quite quick but I think that was down to it being a morning run and me being a bit fresher than running in the evening when you have been busy all day.
