A very early morning
Tuesday 9 July 2013 - I enjoyed my run on Sunday so much that I thought I would get up early again and go out . I wasn't really going to get up as early as 6am but Julie wanted to go out as well and she needed to go to work so we went out and although it was early we have a nice 3.5 mile run. It was sunny but not too warm at that time of day, traffic was light while running by the road and then back up along the canal where we disturbed a heron.
