Another short run but very hard work
Friday 21 June 2013 - I was not planning on going out today but Joanne decided she wanted to go for a short run so we set out. It was a warm evening but not to warm, we only did 2.6 miles and were relatively slow, it was really hard work but I am not sure why other than it was later in the day and I had been busy. This was Joanne's first outing since the race and I was surprised she asked to go for a runas I didn't think she would go out again. It was an ok run but difficult for her as she is slightly faster than me really but we had an outing that was the main thing.
