Running for pleasure!

Wednesday 26 June 2013 - I went out for a 3 mile run with Joanne tonight and it was (as usual) very hard work for both of us. I wouldn't mind but in between runs I go on the exercise bike and I go for walks and it is still hard work. Anyway it was quite warm even though it was 6pm in the evening. We went along the main road which was really busy and then we came back along the canal where we saw lots of ducks and some ducklings before returning home through the smog from the smelly factory fire that is still burning near our house.
