My first outing after the race.
Tuesday 18 June 2013 - This is my first run since the race and it was fine. I did 3.6 miles on my own in the morning. There were duckings with thier Mum on the canal, the heron sat on the side of the water waiting for his moment to fish and the moorhen had wandered into a near by field to explore. It was a lovely morning and a nice little outing.
