5 miles along the canal
Tuesday 7 May 2013 - It has been a lovely day again today and a busy one I went in the garden this morning as it talks of rain tomorrow. I did get out for as run in the evening with my friend who ran the London marathon. It is the first chance we have had to meet up since then, we only went 5 miles but it was an enjoyable run we went along a different part of the canal up to the mouth of the tunnel and then back again. It was very nice run with the usual average pace of about 12 minute mileing.
As far as I know no one else has been out running for a while. It is only a month away so I think they will have to do some intense training to be able to complete the run. I will keep you posted on our progress.
