A busy weekend when do I fit in a run!
Monday 6 May 2013 - What a lovely weekend it has been with very nice weather and good company what more could you want? Well time to fit a run into to my busy weekend.
I did manage to get out this morning we were going to visit a friend so I ran there and Hubby took the car I wasn't that far behind him and it worked very well. I managed 3.5 miles so not that far and at an average pace of about 11.15 miles per hour. Some of the run was along the river bank which was nice with the Swans and ducks enjoying the sunshine.
We have now raised over £500.00 but with only a month to go we have a lot to do to raise another £500.00. Should anyone wish to donate to our very worthy causes please go to :
