Fun run
Tuesday 23 April 2013 - Well it seems ages since I went out for a run as I was working at the weekend I didn't manage to get out at all but we have been out tonight. I have to say that although the weather was lovely non of us were every enthusiastic about going out and we were not intending to go very far so when we managed to complete 5.5 miles I think we were all very pleased indeed. It was a very slow pace but never the less we still managed to get out and it was nice having a run together. This time it was with Jules and Joanne and we mainly ran along the canal which missed out most of the hills (naughty I know) and was a very pleasant run although it was hard work.
My friend managed to run the London marathon on Sunday so I take my hat off to her she raised funds for the asthma association so well done to her and her daughter.
Our fund raising has been boosted this week by two more donations we are very nearly half way to our total of £1000.00. Feel free to visit our page at:
