Once around the lake
We were going to try and go for another 8 mile run tonight however I think night time got the better of us. We didn't go out until 6.30pm and managed to run 5 miles, it was windy and a bit wet so we only went once around the lake. While we were waiting for our partner to finish (he managed twice round the lake) there was a lovey rainbow followed by a beautiful sunset.
What of my other running partners Joanne hasn't been out lately as she is busy with her revision and at the moment that takes priority. Dan has been out on his bike in the evenings he is gradually building up his stamina. I am not sure when we will be able to get together again for a team training session but we do keep in touch to see how we are all getting on.
