A short run she said 8 miles later,..........
Having been to work early this morning I was happy to go out for a quick run when I got home to blow the cobwebs away just a small 3 mile run she said. 8 miles later we stopped running and walked the last mile home.
The sun was out the weather had warmed up I didn't need to wear a fleece and it wasn't cold at all the weather was perfect. JF said she had found a nice new route about 3 miles in a different direction. We started out and it was lovely a nice gentle jog down to the village and back up along the canal no problem then came the question shall we carry on instead of heading for home. We carried on along the canal, we over took a couple of boats on the way so we cannot have been jogging that slow, then when we got to over 5 miles we started to head back around towards home.
We hope to go out again on Monday I can not wait.
