Just over a week left.
Thursday 30 May 2013 - Well it has been a really busy week and we have not had a chance to go for a run. We had planned to go for a long run this week, the last one before the race as the race day is getting so close, but we just have not had time. Anyway tonight we managed to get out and Jules, Joanne and I did a reasonable 3 miles with some very good hill work ( Hill are still hard work!)
