And then there were two
Joanne and I went out again on Sunday morning for a run and this time Joanne found it a lot easier (even though she still had her blister and got stitch once we had started the run as usual). We went 4 miles with relative ease and a nice steady pace, the sun was out and once we got out of the countryside and into the town it was a lot warmer.
