Wednesday - It is still cold which I guess should not be a surprise as we are training in February. I  went out with 2 friends tonight to help them to get started on their training programme for the St Albans Half Marathon.
They wanted to run 3 miles so I have chosen a route which is not to taxing (with very few hilly bits) We kept it at a relatively slow pace so that everyone was comfortable with the distance and it went very well.
