The training has started.



Thursday – Went for a run tonight and managed to do over 3 miles and finished the run with a mile and a half walk as I met a friend. 

Friday – I had a lovely 5 mile walk around Draycot water with a friend. It was a really nice day cool but bright. I was surprised how many people were also walking/running/cycling around the lake. I was disappointed at the car park cost as we met there we both had to pay car parking we will perhaps go somewhere else next time.
Saturday – It was a good run this morning, I managed well over 5k. It is a very nice day with the sun out and no snow or rain. I wasn’t sure what route to take so my route was a bit bitty but it was good with some hilly bits.I did have to walk up some of the hills so I do need to work on this.

Sunday – Today I found it really hard, it was cool out and still frosty so I was a bit wary in some places about going too fast and slipping. I thought this circuit was better planned but I find the hills very hard going and my last mile was really slow. I know I can do 13 miles unfortunately it is not all on the same day at the moment. I think I will miss Monday out of training and go again Tuesday night
